We ship out of Peoria Heights, Illinois and ship our packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail. We cannot be responsible for transit time as that is the responsibility of the carrier. Priority Mail is anywhere from 2-5 days but is not guaranteed. Need your order faster? We are happy to extend FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75.00 or flat rate shipping for $6.95 for orders under $75.00 for all domestic US orders.
Are you a local customer who would like to place their order online but pick up in store? No problem! Enter code "STOREPICKUP" at checkout and we'll know to waive shipping and instead package up your pretties for you to grab in the store at your leisure!
We currently do not offer international shipping. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have tendered to the carrier.

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
