Once you place your order, we will process and ship your order within 72 hours of your purchase but we'll work hard to be even speedier! Shipping time is in addition to processing time. We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is ready to go! 

 We ship out of Peoria Heights, Illinois and ship our packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail. We cannot be responsible for transit time as that is the responsibility of the carrier. Priority Mail is anywhere from 2-5 days but is not guaranteed. 

 We are happy to extend FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.00 or flat rate shipping for $6.95 for orders under $100.00 for all domestic US orders. 

Are you a local customer who would like to place their order online but pick up in store? No problem! It will give you that option at checkout and we'll know to waive shipping and instead package up your pretties for you to grab in the store at your leisure! 

 We currently do not currently offer international shipping. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have tendered to the carrier. Phew - so much policy talk!
Of course we hope you are more than thrilled with your goodies from So Chic! In the event that you're not, here's the scoop! 

 You may return new, unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase (or delivery if it was a shipped purchase) for a full refund in the form of store credit. All refunds will be in the form of store credit to be used on a future purchase.  Unfortunately we are not able to offer price adjustments if a product goes on sale after you have purchased.

Holiday items may not be returned or exchanged once the holiday has passed.
