SHIPPING DETAILS

 Thank you so much for shopping with us!  We bet you can't wait to get your pretties! Once you place your order, we will process and ship your order within 72 hours of your purchase but we'll work hard to be even speedier! Shipping time is in addition to processing time. We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is ready to go! 

  We ship out of Peoria Heights, Illinois and ship our packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail. We cannot be responsible for transit time as that is the responsibility of the carrier. Priority Mail is anywhere from 2-5 days but is not guaranteed. 

  We are happy to extend FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.00 or flat rate shipping for $6.95 for orders under $100.00 for all domestic US orders. 

 Are you a local customer who would like to place their order online but pick up in store? No problem! It will give you that option at checkout and we'll know to waive shipping and instead package up your pretties for you to grab in the store at your leisure!  If it's not giving you the pick up option, it's likely because it's pulling items from both stores but just use code PICKUP to waive shipping and leave a note at checkout or reply to your receipt and let us know where you'd like that order and we'll get it there for you! 

  We currently do not currently offer international shipping. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have tendered to the carrier. Phew - so much policy talk!

 

RETURN POLICY

Of course we hope you are more than thrilled with your goodies from So Chic! In the event that you're not, here's the scoop! 

You may return new, unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging with original tags within 14 days of purchase  for a full refund in the form of store credit.  Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and free of odors with attached tags to be eligible for return.  Last Call/Final Few sale items are final sale.  We cannot do price adjustments if an item goes on sale after purchase.  Holiday items may not be returned once the holiday has passed.
